Our Variable Automatic Resistance system on the XT-39 uses a high quality electric motor that allows you to change your workout on the fly with smooth resistance changes at the touch of a button.
No space sacrifices are necessary with the XT-39 thanks to its home friendly folding mechanism. Using the handle, simply fold up the rail and pedals to store away in between uses. Once folded to half its usual occupancy size the XT-39 can move from room to room with ease via the transport wheels.
