We at Fitness Equipment Warehouse are committed to help you select the right fitness equipment for all your workout needs. Item(s) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for our 7-day satisfaction policy.
To be eligible for this 7-day satisfaction guarantee:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging.
- Product has not been opened or assembled.
- Agree that initial freight costs are not refundable.
- All money back guarantees are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the sale price to cover the labour costs of picking/repacking the order and returning it to the shelf.
If all conditions are met, contact us within 7 days of your equipment delivery to arrange the return and receive a store credit voucher for an exchange or next purchase.

Once your return has been received + accepted, you will be issued a store credit* via email. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date.
*Store credit will be in the form of a voucher to shop at the Fitness Equipment Warehouse showroom.
Returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility, simply bring it back to our showroom/warehouse or post it back at your expense.
RETURNS - AFTERPAY + ZIPPAY
When you return your item + receive a store credit, you will still be required to pay any outstanding payments on the original agreement. Your payments will not stop when you return an item(s). You will be issued a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away. Your store credit will last 1 year from the date of issue.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I PLACE IT?
Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order + we will try to help. As our warehouse is constantly packing your orders as fast as possible we may be unable to edit your order as it may already be packed.
