We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and we aim to send orders out as fast as possible. We are unable to provide an exact timeframe due to our product’s wide range of weights, sizes and availability. High volume periods and other factors may also affect timeframes. In most cases you may be contacted before we can release your consignment, to ensure we have organised a delivery date and cost prior to you purchasing your items.
Postage & Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days. If your product is too large to ship with Australia Post, we will use another third party. In these cases, you must be home to accept the delivery.
If you have not received your consignment within 25 business days of your order being shipped please notify us at email@example.com and we will begin an investigation into the matter.
Postage times can vary depending on public holidays, weekends, location, natural disasters, pandemics, Australia Post investigations & other uncontrollable factors. We will try our best to ensure you receive your parcel ASAP.
Please note, if you place an order it will by default be processed as a store pick-up. In order to book a delivery and/or installation please call to agree on a time and price.
Things to Note
- Metropolitan areas may have quicker delivery times
- Smaller items may experience a quicker delivery time. Authority to Leave freight will be placed on small items shipped with Standard Delivery
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes / Parcel Lockers
- Contact number is required for all deliveries (preferably mobile number)
Please note due to the impact of Covid-19 there may be some circumstances where delays are unavoidable. We reserve the right to extend our delivery times if we are required to close for a period, have decreased staff or have uncontrollable timeframes through a transport service.
Incorrect Information & Failure to Collect
In many instances, once your order has been placed no changes can be made to shipping details. Always double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name. If you have entered incorrect shipping information, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to correct the mistake.
If parcels/consignments are not collected or are required to be returned due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the purchase and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
Delivery & Installation Terms & Conditions
- Customer acknowledges that any pets and/or dogs on the property are to be restrained from the time our technician arrives on site and for the duration of the work being carried out.
- Customer must declare and provide a detailed description of any Site Hazards / Challenges / Obstacles which may present themselves during any work carried out by our technician.
- Missed Deliveries will incur a re-delivery fee. Delivery charges will also not be refundable if cancelled on a Delivery & Installation service that is already confirmed and booked with our technician.
What’s included with Delivery & Installation:
- Delivery and Installation at location and room of your choice.
- Ground floor acceptable. However, if there are any obstacles such as steps, stairs, gates, lifts, security systems or lack of parking bays these must be disclosed at time of booking. Failure to disclose this information accurately may result in a failed non-refundable delivery/installation.
- Upper or lower levels ONLY when agreed upon at time of booking with full customer transparency regarding number of stairs, width of staircase, type of stairs and size of landing. Failure to disclose this information accurately may result in a failed non-refundable delivery/installation.
- Customer assistance not required
- 1-hour delivery window provided
- Rubbish removal included
