Full-Body Functional Training
Perform a wide range of exercises including lat pulldowns & tricep pushdowns. The dual pulley system allows for independent movement on each side, ideal for balanced, two-handed exercises like cable flys and crossovers.
Enclosed Weight Stack
Fully enclosed for safety and durability, protecting the weight stack assembly from dust, debris and accidental interference. The full weight stack assembly is 100kg. This includes a 5.4kg steel shaft plus a 94.6kg weight stack (made up of 16 x 5.7kg plates and 1 x 3.4kg small plate).
Smooth Chrome Weight Sliders
Chrome-coated sliders provide smooth adjustments.
Flexible Weight Ratios
Customise resistance and motion for any exercise. Choose between a 1:1 ratio for combined pulleys or 2:1 for single pulley isolation.

Our secondary adjustable footplates let you customise the foot height to perfectly match your bench and chosen exercises. Depending on the user, a higher foot position may be preferred for movements such as seated rows, helping improve comfort and positioning.
The adjustable design also means you can use any bench with confidence, knowing the footplates can be set to maintain proper alignment and comfort for every workout.
